Mylou, the influencer marketing platform that connects brands with influencers, is an app introducing an essential tool of the creator economy to the Czech market.
The Need
The motivating factor behind the project was the need for an efficient system to connect brands with the most suitable micro-influencers based on various preferences and criteria. From the client's previous product testing projects, it became evident that not all influencers had the opportunity to test products, resulting in an underutilization of the influencer pool and inefficiencies in campaign management.
We aimed to create a seamless platform where brands could easily find and collaborate with influencers who align perfectly with their campaign goals, enhancing marketing efficiency and effectiveness. This app would democratize access to testing opportunities for influencers and offer brands a reliable way to tap into the power of micro-influencer marketing.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was ensuring that their extensive user base of micro-influencers and the brands seeking to collaborate could seamlessly connect and engage in mutually beneficial campaigns.
This required developing a sophisticated matching system to pair the right influencers with the appropriate brands based on detailed criteria, ensuring a diverse range of influencers were utilized effectively. The development challenge lay in creating a robust, scalable system capable of managing a large volume of users and campaigns that could handle the complex workflow of campaign creation, approval, registration, and task completion.
Additionally, an implementation of reliable reporting features was needed to provide actionable insights to brands, all while maintaining a smooth and bug-free user experience for influencers and businesses.
The Cleevio Solution
We developed a comprehensive solution that connects micro-influencers using mobile app with brands using web app, addressing the challenges of targeting, engagement, and campaign management. The app allows influencers to create detailed profiles, specifying their interests and preferred social media platforms. Through an advanced matching system, the app efficiently pairs influencers with relevant campaigns, ensuring that the right influencers are chosen based on specific criteria set by the brands. This streamlined process simplifies brand campaign management and provides influencers with opportunities to earn rewards by participating in marketing efforts.
We've tackled the complex, process-heavy nature of the project by creating an intuitive workflow within the app. Brands can easily set up campaigns, which are reviewed and approved by an admin to maintain quality. Influencers can browse these campaigns, register, and complete tasks such as posting on social media.
Additionally, we implemented reporting features for brands to monitor campaign performance and gain insights, with ongoing improvements to enhance these capabilities. This solution effectively bridges the gap between brands and micro-influencers, making the marketing process efficient and beneficial for both parties.
