The Challenge
A primary challenge was building a robust, cross-market app on a limited initial budget, while ensuring long-term scalability. As the app was developed over a brief holiday period, it initially took on a leaner structure. Adapting this compact, five-screen setup to accommodate multiple languages, diverse user preferences, and fluctuating demand posed challenges both for us and for Tipli.
