At Cleevio we are growing our backend team and are looking for a skilled Java / Kotlin Spring Boot Developer. We are a technology agency that helps companies build modern applications. We do not write corporate code. We create innovation. Our team enjoys exploring new ways to write clean, sustainable and elegant code while constantly improving how we work. We are looking for a developer with drive and a true passion for technology. Not someone who just completes tasks, but someone who wants to grow, thinks about solutions, and is not afraid to step up when needed. You will work on diverse projects for a wide range of clients, from fast-growing startups to established companies. Every project is different, but they all share one thing in common: technical excellence, thoughtful architecture and a modern development mindset.

Key qualifications

Is this you?
We hope so!

You have experience with:

  • Java or Kotlin
  • Spring Boot
  • JPA / JOOQ
  • Databases, ideally PostgreSQL
  • Thinking about architecture and software design
  • Writing clean, maintainable and testable code

You have a genuine interest in:

  • Building scalable systems with Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS and DDD
  • Working in cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Learning new technologies and continuously improving your skills

Bonus points (aka nice to have):

  • A proactive mindset and curiosity about how and why things work
  • Willingness to contribute ideas and challenge the status quo
  • Team spirit combined with independence and responsibility
