Medior Product / Project Manager

You’ll be working on:

• Leading smaller projects from start to finish - from the first idea to final delivery
• Setting goals, planning timelines, and ensuring milestones are met
• Proactively solving issues before they turn into roadblocks
• Keeping both clients and developers aligned, informed, and happy
• Managing budgets, hours, and reporting

You’ll also:

• Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations and quick problem-solving
• Maintain great client relationships and handle reports, invoices, and time tracking
• Collaborate daily with developers, QA, and designers to plan, prioritize, and deliver on time
• Keep project documentation clear and simple, track performance, and suggest improvements

Bonus points (aka nice-to-have):

• 3–4 years of experience managing software or digital projects
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• A curious, proactive mindset with a focus on results
