Before working in tech, Jakub ran a fertilizer company. He spent seven years building the business and selling to farmers, which is excellent training for anyone hoping to sell AI. Your customer has work to do, money on the line, and limited patience for a promising demo.
He later moved into B2B data, helping companies find customers and build their sales processes. Different product, familiar question: how will this help my business?
That question is now his starting point at Cleevio.

The agricultural plot twist
In March, Jakub joined a vibe coding hackathon called Revenue Race and built an app with his team to help farmers keep fertilizer records.
Apparently, you can leave the fertilizer business, but the fertilizer business won’t leave you.
At the hackathon, my team and I built an app for a problem I knew from running my own business. That’s when AI really clicked for me. I left with a notebook full of ideas and a plan to build them on my own. Then I met Lukáš.
At Cleevio, he found a team building products for clients, launching its own businesses, and putting AI to work inside the company. His experience running a business and helping others build their sales processes made the conversation interesting on both sides.
He thinks like a business builder, and that’s what our clients need in the first conversation about AI.
His first client is us
Jakub is helping build Cleevio’s sales processes using Cleevio Intelligence, our system of AI agents.
The agents pull together client context, prepare meeting briefs, and draft follow-ups. Jakub takes the calls, checks the output, and works out what needs improving. He gets to see where the automation helps and where it still needs too much babysitting.
That experience matters when he sits down with a client. He knows the work involved in getting an agent to do something useful, including the parts that rarely make it into a demo.
His role starts with understanding how a business works: where people lose time, what slows down a sale, and which problems are worth solving first. Sometimes there’s a good case for an agent. Sometimes the process itself needs fixing.
Start with the messy bit
Bring the process your team keeps complaining about. The spreadsheet nobody wants to own. The idea you’ve been meaning to test.
Jakub will help you work out where AI could make a difference, whether it’s worth the effort, and what to try first.
No need to arrive with an AI strategy. A reasonably specific headache will do.
