CareersProduct & Delivery Manager
At Cleevio, we build digital products and help companies become AI-native. We’re looking for a Product & Delivery Manager who can take projects from an early idea to launch, keep clients and teams aligned, and own the outcome.
You’ll combine project management with product thinking and a hands-on approach: using AI tools to prototype ideas, validate assumptions, and automate repetitive work.
The role
What you’ll do
- 01
Shape the solution
- Understand the client’s business, users, and goals.
- Turn ideas into clear requirements, priorities, and a realistic scope.
- Challenge assumptions and use lightweight prototypes to get feedback early.
- 02
Own delivery
- Lead smaller software projects from discovery to launch and handover.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and QA to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
- Spot risks early and make trade-offs clear before they affect delivery.

Take care of clients
- Be their main point of contact and build trust through clear communication.
- Keep everyone aligned on progress, decisions, and next steps.
- Manage scope changes, reporting, time tracking, and invoicing inputs.
- Follow up after launch to understand what works and what needs improving.

Build better ways of working
- Use AI to improve research, specifications, planning, and reporting.
- Create simple prototypes, automations, and internal tools yourself.
- Know when to test an idea independently and when to bring in engineering.
- Keep documentation useful and improve how the team delivers.

Who we’re looking for
Who you are
- You’ve delivered software. You’ve managed digital projects and can explain your contribution to getting them shipped.
- You take ownership. You bring structure, follow through, and solve problems proactively.
- You think about the product. You question requirements and connect priorities to user needs and business value.
- You have a builder mindset. You use AI and no-code tools to turn ideas into prototypes or working workflows. You check the results and learn through experimentation.
- You understand software delivery. You can discuss integrations, dependencies, testing, and trade-offs with engineers.
- You communicate clearly. You’re comfortable leading client conversations, managing expectations, and explaining difficult decisions.
- You stay organized and calm. You can manage multiple workstreams while keeping budgets, capacity, and quality in view.
Bonus points
Nice to have
- Around 3–4 years in a software agency, product studio, or similar environment.
- Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Experience with discovery workshops, user interviews, or backlog prioritization.
- Examples of automations, prototypes, or AI solutions you’ve built or helped deliver.
