Packeta wanted to create a user-friendly, easy-to-use, and safe peer-to-peer shipping app that allows users to send and pick up parcels effortlessly. The goal was to build a solution letting civilian customers enjoy retail industry standard shipping.

Packeta faced the challenge of creating an application for modern parcel management, ensuring a seamless user experience by merging practicality and ease while incorporating essential features. The goal was to revolutionize parcel management with user-friendly features, allowing users to effortlessly handle parcels at numerous locations without queues.

The app aimed for a swift and convenient experience, tracking shipments on mobile phones. The challenge extended to designing a quick and easy registration process with automatic pairing of shipments whilst prioritizing safety and security.

The Cleevio Solution

The Zásilkovna app offers a range of user-friendly features for efficient shipment management. Users can effortlessly send parcels by entering shipment details and recipient information before dropping them off at designated locations. Returning a shipment is simplified with a few clicks in the app, where users input the return code and drop off the package.

The app provides a comprehensive overview of all shipments, tracking both sent and expected parcels. For a contactless pickup experience, users can utilize Z-BOX via Bluetooth, allowing seamless pairing and opening of the parcel box.

The interactive map feature, assists users in locating the closest drop-off or delivery point. Users receive notifications on every movement of their shipment directly on their phone's display, ensuring they stay informed throughout the shipping process. The Zásilkovna app transforms the shipping experience with its user-centric features.
