Companies on the new platform.
Discovery and delivery ran in parallel from the official start in June 2025. Different banks returned differently structured, differently complete data that had to become one predictable experience.
In fintech every decision passes through security, risk, legal, compliance and architecture at once. Frontend and mobile depended on APIs and decisions produced across many teams — the hard part wasn't screens, it was aligning systems and teams around one customer experience.
A CFO platform that shows SMEs where their money is — and where it's going
One place for CEOs, CFOs and finance teams: connected bank accounts across banks (PSD2, multi-currency, multi-company), a transaction overview with search, filtering and categorisation, financial analytics and cash-flow insight, and a marketplace of services from insurance to invoice financing. Biometric authentication, MFA, roles and permissions throughout.
Analytics forecasting and the broader CFO roadmap are the direction the platform is heading — not live features today.

Cleevio supported us a lot — at the beginning with product design and the proposition, later with the transactional services, AI tools for customers, and even with how effectively we use AI in our product development. You've had a big impact on what we've built.
Thirteen specialists inside Fidoo's own squads
4 frontend engineers, 4 mobile engineers, 3 product specialists and 2 product designers worked in Fidoo's squads — same tools, same planning, same reviews, shared responsibility for outcomes, up to representing product areas in large business reviews.
Around them: a programme of ~150 people across 10–15 squads and platform teams, run on a Spotify-inspired model with Obeya Days as the alignment mechanism. Backend, core infrastructure, DevOps, QA, platform architecture and data were Fidoo's own or other partners' — Cleevio owned product, design, frontend and, almost entirely, mobile.

An app built from the ground up by the embedded team
The mobile application was built almost entirely by Cleevio's embedded product, design, and engineering team on a clean Kotlin Multiplatform foundation.
1 product owner, 1 dedicated designer, 4 engineers; launched on iOS and Android. Onboarding, multibanking, transaction detail, analytics, marketplace, biometric authentication and push notifications — stitched together from functionality owned across many squads. Not a smaller copy of the desktop platform: its own product decisions, design patterns and security model.

AI became part of how the teams worked, not a side experiment
Approximately 60% of the mobile coding workflow became AI-assisted, while engineers retained full ownership of architecture, review, testing, and production quality.
Designers used AI to prototype faster and explore alternatives; AI supported scaffolding, refactoring, documentation, debugging and test preparation — including an internal AI-supported testing approach.

New companies joining every week.
Cleevio brought a very fresh, innovative wind into the development of the entire platform from the beginning, and very naturally adopted the tools of artificial intelligence — in development as well as in design.
